Man Arraigned for Shooting, Killing Teen
The Erie man accused of gunning down an Erie teen in January, is formally arraigned in court Tuesday. Tuesday morning, 17 year old Larry Lemon was in court for his arraignment. Lemon is heading to trial on murder charges, for the shooting death of 19 year old Steven Arrington. Police say Lemon shot Arrington five times, outside of Henry Lee's Market on January 4th. Investigators they say he's confessed to the shooting. Lemon's lawyer, Jamie Mead, is pushing for a self defense case. But police say they think Arrington was ambushed, as he was shot 5 times. Lemon remains in jail, he'll be tried as an adult. |
