Man Sentenced for Trying to Shoot Sheriff Deputies
An Erie man accused of trying to kill two Erie county sheriffs deputies, will spend several years behind bars. Monday morning, a judge sentenced 40 year old Paul Polacci to 10 to 20 years behind bars. He pleaded no contest, to a charge of attempted homicide. It was last November, when he brought a loaded gun to the Erie County Domestic Relations office, and tried to shoot two deputies there. No one was hurt. 20 years of probation will follow his prison sentence. |
