Man Sentenced for Fatal DUI Accident
A former supervisor at the Erie Coke plant, who killed a motorcyclist in a drunk driving crash, is headed to jail. 56 year old Martin Allen, Monday morning, was sentenced to 2.5 to 5 years in prison. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, in the death of 30 year old Kevin Imler. It happened in August of 2008, at the intersection of 12th and Liberty. Allen was working for Erie Coke, and driving under the influence, when he hit Imler. |
