Three Days Grace to Bring Rock Back to Erie

Come Thursday, February 4, Erie, PA will once again be alive with the sound of rock music. It has been some time since a big time rock show has graced the streets of Erie, let alone the walls of the Tullio Arena, but Three Days Grace are set to change all of that. The band will enlist the help of Chevelle and Flyleaf as they bring their latest headlining tour to town this Thursday.

Three Days Grace are out on the road in support of their latest smash offering, “Life Starts Now.” It has been years since the band was last in town, two years to be exact, when they were on the road in support of “One X,” alongside Seether and Breaking Benjamin. Well, swap out albums and replace the two afore mentioned bands with Chevelle and Flyleaf, and there you have it. These guys have one of the very best live arena shows in the business today, and for those that have yet to see this band, you are truly missing out on something special. The pyro, the presence, the aura, the songs, this band really does have it all. Keep in mind that now these guys have a new set of songs to add to their already impressive live arsenal, and it has the making for an even better concert. In addition to tried and true favs like ‘Animal,’ ‘Pain,’ ‘Just Like You,’ ‘and ‘Home,’ Three Days Grace now bring current singles ‘Break’ and ‘the Good Life’ to the table. Trust me, their show is only going to be better this time around – and if you are one of the people who have seen the band take the stage before, you’d be best served to make the effort to see them again.

And it’s not like they are coming to Town alone.

Chevelle and Flyleaf come to Town as direct support, and that doesn’t have the making of a bad show. Both bands bring new material to Erie, as Chevelle will performing a wealth of new stuff of their latest, “Sci-Fi Crimes,” while Flyleaf will entertain the crowd with new offerings from their sophomore disc, “Memento Mori.”

It’s not very often that a show of this magnitude, this caliber comes into Town, so it would be a smart opportunity to take advantage of. Three Days Grace, Chevelle and Flyleaf, on the same bill? Yeah, it should be a no brainer. Go get tickets now.
